Salam kenkawan dan hello semua..

Lama mokcik tak sempat update. Sejak isnin 17/1/2011 mokcik terikat dengan tugasan menyiapkan hujahan dan afidavit untuk kes di Kuching minggu depan. Fail atas meja juga sudah bertimbun tak sempat nak belek. 18/1/2011 tu seharian mokcik berkampung di bilik bos, membantu dia menyediakan hujahan dan menyumbang idea [sebenarnya sebahagian besar hujahan idea bos, yang bahagian akhir baru mokcik sediakan, tapi bos kata 'put your name'... hehehe].  

Oklah...mokcik nak sambung menelaah nie. Mokcik kena terbang ke Kuching hari isnin nie...

Salam kenkawan.

Perlawanan bola sepak antara negara mana pulak gol 2 - 0 ni kan? Angin ribut takde tiba2 pulak 2 - 0...

Mokcik nak citer, mokcik memang kagum dengan seorang kawan ini yang telah sanggup menolak tawaran kenaikan pangkat baru2 ini. Mulanya beliau ada meminta supaya instead of datang ke tempat Mokcik berkerja, dia ditukarkan ke Selangor dan pegawai di Selangor ambil tempat dia di Putrajaya. Ntah dimana silapnya, bukan sahaja permohonannya ditolak, tetapi kenaikan pangkatnya 'ditangguhkan'. Beliau memang ada alasan kukuh juga...ibunya sedang sakit tenat akibat kanser. Beliau lah yang bertanggungjawab membawa ibunya mendapatkan rawatan chemotherapy...maka atas alasan itu beliau sanggup menolak promotion ini.

Mokcik pun tak faham atas alasan apa permohonan beliau ditolak mentah2 sedangkan pegawai yang seorang lagi sudi membantu beliau...nampaknya polisi sekarang...bila ditawarkan kenaikan pangkat, it's either you take it or leave it. Begitu juga arahan pertukaran...suka suki bos la nak arahkan kita ke mana2 pun.

Cara terbaik nampaknya setakat ini...sama ada tolak terus atau terima sahaja dahulu. Selepas itu bincang la baik2 dengan bos bahagian, buktikan kemampuan kita, supaya mudah dia nak sokong permohonan kita. Tapi risiko lain..mungkin sampai sudah tak dapat tukar...huhuhu....macam mokcik...huhuhu. Alasannya sebab kat sana takde post yang sewaktu dengannya...kalau nak, kena pindah bahagian. Tapi itu maknanya kena menghadap bos bahagian itu pulak...alahaiii...

Maknanya dah kosong la satu jawatan di bahagian mokcik ni....pertanyaan...siapakah calon2 yang akan diminta untuk ke jawatan itu????

Satu kosong lagi kemungkinan besar ialah jawatan rakan yang mokcik ceritakan dalam post terdahulu. Post itu pernah ditawarkan pada mokcik suatu ketika dulu....huhuhu...terus terang mokcik tak sanggup. Bukan kerana kerjanya...kerja itu kita boleh belajar. Jika mokcik ke sana...aduh...alamatnya memang tak dapat la mokcik balik setiap minggu menjenguk keluarga di KT.

Memang dilema kan...Cik abe nak ke sini, tapi tak diluluskan. Kena cuba lagi hujung tahun ini...ada sesiapa yang ada kenalan di Jabatan/Kementerian Pelajaran ????

DONT WASTE OUR TIME, TRY SETTLE THIS AMICABLY

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua kenkawan.

Yesterday was a long day for mokcik. However, i was partly to blame for it too. We arrived at the court house early, 8.30 am to be exact. I was wondering, why at 9 am the court room was not full as usual. When we checked, then only we realised that the notice sent clearly stated 9.30 am...selalunya macam gitu la. If you come early, they'll start late. If you come in late, they'll start 9 o'clock on the dot huhuhuhuh..

I happened to know the officer in charge and inquired what number was our case listed.

She asked, "why puan, you want to be called first?"

"Oh no, i want to watch first. "

"See how the mood first ya? maybe somewhere in the middle?"

"Ok, fine with me. Thanks."

Well...it turns out that there were two cases which were supposed to be called after ours, requested to be called early. They were not ready and asking for adjournment. The corum sitting yesterday was also very accommodating. In fact, a little bit too lenient, if i may be permitted to say so. Needless to say, we ended up being the second last...and since after us, there was only one case left, we stayed back to watch.

As i said earlier, the men sitting up there are being particularly nice and they give everybody a chance to be heard. After the last case, our suspicion was confirmed. Not even one case was given leave to appeal. And the losing applicants were all ordered to pay RM5K as costs. Well every winning respondents, except us...

After listening patiently to the applicants, i was asked to respond.

"Yes, tell us why your side refused to accept the unclaimed moneys?"

" My Lords....bla bla bla.."

"So, what's the venue open to them?"

"I believe My Lords, there are provision under bla bla bla.."

To the applicants, "Why dont you look into the provision as suggest by the respondents. Go back and try to settle this amicably. Dont waste our time. How long do you need?"

"Come back within three months. If it cant be settled then we'll deal with it. Be serious in your effort to settle."

*Sigh*...I thought we are gonna get our RM5K costs already ....

After the hearing until this morning, i still have no appetite to eat. It's like, everything that i put into my mouth wanted to come out...urgghhh...and the iced coffee bought from this particular stall leave a bad taste in my mouth too..





After all have been said and done, i am thankful to HIM above. He heard my prayer, i guess. Though the case is not settle yet, but we didnt get scolded, well, a bit, which is normal hahahha.. The most important thing is that they do not embarassed you in front of all the audience. They didnt allow even one leave application, but they did it in a very nice way and that was enough for all of us. Thank you Allah.

BACK TO PUTRAJAYA AND GOING TO PERAK

Hellloo all..ahemm..assalamualaikum kenkawan.

All good things must come to an end, as the saying goes. And here i am..in the office, during sunday too...huhuhu.. Juz arrived from KT this morning. And taking my James Bond bag to go off to Ipoh this afternoon. Since i have been on holiday for one full week..i havent have time to go through my files yet...alamakkk...camno niee..

So, tonite, am going to pulun baca the whole things. Therefore, cannot promise friends over there in Ipoh to go makan2 huhuhuhu. My informer told me the case is fixed before one of the "fierce" Yang Arif..so i have to be fully prepared lorr..

Okay all...i will try to drop by and see what i miss from other frens blog later.. till then have a nice day all and take care. Oh and wish me luck too hehehe..

1. "I like you lahh"

Minggu lepas ada meeting dengan bos. Bos tegur seseorang kerana emel yang dihantar tidak jelas katanya. "Confusing you know." Seseorang itu menjawab, " Sorry bos. Memang salah saya. Mungkin perkataan yang saya gunakan itu tidak menepati maksud. Nanti saya improvekan bos." Semua orang gelak...termasuk bos juga. " I like you lahhh.."

Moral of the story: The boss is always right, even when he is wrong...hehehe

2. "I dont like you"

Bos tanya, "Ada sesiapa dalam bilik ini yang tidak sependapat dengan pemahaman saya tentang emel itu?". Ada seseorang menjawab, " i thought the email was very clear..." . Bos jawab.."aiyahhh...i dont like you laa..." Disambut gelak ketawa.

Moral of the story: The boss is still right, even if you are right.

3. Let bygone be bygone

Bos tanya sama ada kami ada nama yang sesuai untuk dicadangkan menyertai team kami. One name came to my mind. I mentioned her. Boss seems okay, tapi kena melalui prosedur yang ditetapkan. Then i sms-ed the owner of the name whether she is still interested. She sounded so grateful that i still seem to remember her name and told me she actually wants to go out of her present place, badly. As soon as possible will be best.

Mokcik citerkan kejadian ini pada kawan. Sebaik sajork dia dengar nama yang mokcik maksudkan, " Puan masih nak tolong dia lepas apa yang berlaku sebelum nie?". "I bukan jenis yang menyimpan dendam...we were friends before those things happened."

Moral of the story: I am still learning. I read this thru email ... " jangan biarkan kesalahan yang sedikit menyebabkan persahabatan yang besar menjadi musnah". Masa muda2 dulu, mokcik kuat juga menyimpan dendam kat orang2 yang pernah menyakitkan hati mokcik. But then i got older and a bit wiser perhaps huhuhu...i noticed that when we actually forgive and forget, like a big burden being lifted off our shoulders.

If she indeed got transferred from 'that' place and it makes her happy, at least it will be like a repayment for all the good things she has done to me before 'the small misunderstanding' comes between us. But all those are forgotten now and am glad we are on talking terms again.

4. Distance makes the heart grows fonder

Terima panggilan telefon dari rakan di Melaka. Dia juga weekend wife macam mokcik. Cumanya dia dengan seorang bayi, husband dengan anak sulung. "Macam ni la nasib kita kan. Setiap minggu berulang alik. Tapi ada juga hikmahnya betul tak? Terasa lebih dimanjakan oleh cik abang berbanding sebelum nie...hahahaha."

Ye la...jumpa pun hujung minggu sajork. Takde masa nak gaduh2...buang masa. Baik bergaduh kat ooopsss....toooootttt....hahahaha.

Moral of the story: Be thankful of what you have with you now. Dont wait until its gone, baru terhegeh2 nak mengenang segala kebaikan dan pengorbanan sidia.

Ok folks...cepat siapkan kerja masing2...jap lagik nak balik nak pi pasar malam yeay..yeay...
